Paragon Teacher Academy

The Paragon Teacher Academy offers Administrators and Districts the opportunity to enhance leadership skills of teachers within their building.  



The Paragon Teacher Academy is professional development designed to increase the capacity of teachers within your building. This academy prepares teachers to be leaders of change that shapes the climate and culture of a school building.  The academy prepares teachers to become Model Teachers and Teacher Mentors geared at cultivating a culture conducive to collaboration and a familial setting, thus increasing teacher retention.

 

The Academy is a Three-Day series that involves intense training of teachers to prepare them to be leaders within their building.  Academy teachers will meet monthly following the Academy and prepare Bi-Weekly open classrooms.  Upon completion of the Academy, Paragon Teachers will receive Academy certification/recognition.
